Thank you for considering a Vendor's spot at ArtWorld 2019!  We are so excited to have you!


Please be advised of the following BEFORE you pay for your spot:

  • Payments are non-refundable
  • Registration documents will be emailed to you immediately after your payment.
  • Retail & Resource Vendors will receive (1) tent, (2) chairs, and (1) table to use.  Attractions and Food Vendors must provide their own.
  • Insurance & Health/Sellers Permits are required for Food & Retail Vendors as noted below:
    1. ALL FOOD & ATTRACTION VENDORS must provide Certificate of Liability Insurance listing ArtWorld Renaissance Center as additionally insured, and include ArtWorld Renaissance Center name and American Heroes Park with site address (701 W Kettering St, Lancaster, CA 93534) under Certificate Holder section.  
    2. ALL FOOD VENDORS must provide a copy of their Public Health Permit. 
    3. The above listed must be provided in order for the vendor to participate in the event.
    4. Please submit all required paperwork by Monday, July 15th by 5pm for verification. Paperwork submitted after this time may not be considered for the event.  Submit scanned docs to [email protected]
